Warranty policy:-

Warranty can be claimed on products bought through Techo.pk. Any other purchasers should contact their line of sales for their claim settlement. You should provide all relevant order information such as: warranty cards, invoices, receipts, etc.

All Warranties are claimable 1 time against 1 purchase. When your first claim is settled, all previous warranties are null & void from that point on.

All Warranties are non-transferable & can be claimed only by the original buyer. If you have bought a used item from any person who bought from us, consider warranty to be void.

Replacement Policy:-

You may replace defected items within 7 days of delivery. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Against the return, you have the option to buy anything else from us or get a Store Credit which can be used later whenever you decide to purchase.

If you need to return an item, please fill the form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that there is no return & replacement based on Like or Dislike Factor.

Sale items (items sold at a discount from their original price) are not subject to any return unless there’s a fault on arrival.
